The obligation to prepare Appendix -1, Appendix-2 and Notification of Leave has ended. Print E-mail

ImageEffective as of August 1, 2009, in accordance with articles 8, 9 and 11 of Social Insurance and Universal Health Insurance Law No 5510, any notification submitted to Social Security Institution shall also be considered  submitted to Regional Directorate of Labor, Ministry of Labor and Turkish Labor Institution.

Effective as of August 1, 2009, in accordance with articles 8, 9 and 11 of Social Insurance and Universal Health Insurance Law No 5510, any notification submitted to Social Security Institution shall also be considered  submitted to Regional Directorate of Labor, Ministry of Labor and Turkish Labor Institution.

Current practice is to notify Ministry of Labor about the employees starting work and quitting work within the month, until 15th of the month with Appendix-1 and Appendix-2. ISKUR (Employment Agency of Turkey) shall be notified through Notification of Leave about insurance holders quitting work within 15 days starting from the day of leave,

Regional Directorate of Labor shall be notified about opening of a business within one month.

For all above situations mentioned, Social Security Institution shall also be notified.

As of August 1, 2009, notifications made to Social Security Institution shall be sufficient and notifications to Ministry of Labor and Turkish Labor Institution shall not be required.

The regulation on law enforcement is issued in Official Gazette dated July 21,.2009, numbered  27295, titled "Regulation Pertaining to Procedures and Principles on Substituting  Statements Submitted to Some Institutions concerning Social Security and Workplace Statements  by statements submitted to the Social Security Institution".
