Secerance Pay Maximum

Severance pay maximum in effect as of 01.07.2009 shall be 365, 16 TL.

Minimum Wage

Minimum wage rate applicable between 01.07.2009/31.12.2009 shall be 693, 00 TL (For employees aged 16 or more).

Maximum Average Daily Earning Taken As Basic to Premium

Maximum average daily earning taken as basis to premium applicable between 01.07.2009/31.12.2009 shall be 4.504,50 TL.    

Children's Allowance(Exempt from Average Daily Eaarning Taken As Basic to Premium)

Children's allowance rate exempt from average daily earning taken as basic to premium applicable between 01.07.2009/31.12.2009 shall be 13, 86 TL.

Children's Allowance Exempt From Income Tax

Children's allowance exempt from income tax applicable between 01.07.2009/31.12.2009 shall be 13, 98 TL.

Family Allowance ( Exempt From Average Daily Earning Taken As Basic To Premium)

Family allowance rate exempt from average daily earning taken as basic to premium applicable between 01.07.2009/ 31.12.2009 shall be 69, 30 TL.
